Our House Sign products may be ordered online using most debit/credit cards through the Paypal secure server. Credit card details are sent only to PayPal. Alternatively, you may place an order over the phone or email with our email Order Form and then forward a cheque in the post.
As we are not VAT registered we do not charge VAT.
We are proud of both the quality and the crafting of our signs. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. However, we do not accept responsibility for incorrectly spelt text provided by the purchaser or accidental damage when fixing.
We respect your concerns for privacy. Therefore we will not sell or provide your name, e-mail address or purchase information to any other company for any reason.
